General ManagerJoining Gold Jewelry Factory in 2006, Pa’Paa brought with him the discipline and methodical precision shaped by his military service — qualities that have defined his approach ever since. Over the years, he immersed himself in every layer of the business, from factory culture and production management to quality control and evolving technology. Today, he serves as the vital bridge between vision and execution, translating the Managing Director’s strategic direction into clear, actionable outcomes — while co-steering the company’s long-term path with purpose.

Production ManagerOne of the company’s longest-serving members, Lun has been at the core of Gold Jewelry Factory’s production operations since 2003. With over two decades of direct, hands-on experience across every stage of the manufacturing process, she commands a comprehensive mastery of materials, resources, and production workflows. Her practical expertise means that when challenges arise on the floor, they are identified, addressed, and resolved — immediately.

Head of JewelersRegarded as the most technically accomplished member of our team, Direk has dedicated himself to the art and craft of jewelry production since 2010. His mastery spans the full spectrum of manufacturing techniques — a depth of expertise that is increasingly rare in today’s industry. As Head of Jewelers, he leads and mentors the production team with exacting precision, ensuring that every piece crafted under his guidance reflects the highest attainable standard of quality and craftsmanship.
